Once a formidable paladin, Hessia's oath of devotion ultimately led to her downfall and drove her to zealotry. After an outbreak of undead took over her lands, she went on a crusade to defend her people and cleanse the land of this blight. In the process, she slayed a village of innocents that she incorrectly suspected might have been infected. She was punished for her crimes and beheaded, but her zealous spirit keeps her moving.
