After we verify your retailer information (usually done the same day) you will recieve your unique retailer code, 40% discount at checkout on Twingoddess.com. All orders are placed online at Twingoddess.com. Your discount will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
As your supplier
•We don't require order minimums.
•All products are made to order with a lead time of at least 2 weeks
•We don't ship directly to FBA/Amazon -We don't provide a letter of authorization.
•We do have a MAP Policy. No more than 25% off of MSRP pricing.
•We don't offer volume discounts.
•We don't offer drop shipping.
•All orders are processed on www.twingoddess.com 24/7.
Shipping for Domestic Customers
•Free Shipping on $ 150.00 orders AFTER Applying retailer discount.
•Discount off of MSRP is based on the order shipping address. Brick and Mortar stores get 40% off MSRP.
•Shipping Addresses are verified.
Shipping for International Customers
•All orders will include actual shipping cost to the final destination at the time the product is shipped, unless the store uses a freight forwarder based in the USA.
•If the store uses a freight forwarding service for international orders, then domestic shipping charges apply. Your freight forwarder must be based in the United States.
•We will provide the normal export documents needed for entry into your country.
•We are not liable for any charges incurred at your customs for all international shipments. You are responsible for all local customs fees and tariffs.
•Any overages on International shipping due to miscalculations will be refunded asap.
