Iset was the queen of a desert paradise and known by all her subjects for her beauty and punishing reign. Despite her cruelty, many of her subjects still made pilgrimages to her temple to leave offerings. She was sealed within her temple-now-tomb and cursed by the goddess of beauty for her cruelty which turned her into the gorgon she is now, but Iset has seen it only as a new gift -- a way to seize even more treasures from adventurers that wish to claim her massive hoard.
